It can be stressful sometimes and it really puts a toll on your body since you’re exerting yourself pretty much every day but it helps me a lot with taking out my aggression and bringing a balance to my life and stuff oauhf I feel a lot calmer and clearer now because of it and I don’t feel like there’s a bunch of built up anger in me anymore ouadf

It is tiring ohadsfafs it’s the hardest in your first three months because they have a special training program for new recruits so they kinda make you work a little harder in order to get into military shape dofsahsfd not saying it gets easier from there but I felt like those were the hardest because your body wasn’t used to it yet |8
My day usually consists of running, exercising, obstacle courses, and classes on flight technology and weapons ohsfdouhafsd it’s fun tho because the military bases are basically small communities because some peoples’ families live here too, so we have events like parties and barbecues and sports teams and stuff oahusdfjl

I wake up at 5 in the morning every day and I’m pretty much training until 11 in the evening, but every once in awhile I’ll have gaps in between sessions like I do now so I’m taking advantage of my resting time oauhsfdouhfds
